Our guests were so happy to share how much they enjoyed their meals. On a wedding day, everything can be quite a blur, but the food was memorable. The staff were helpful, professional and did a efficient. Christina made planning and last minute changes easy. I will highly recommend and consider this caterer for a future event.

Brie cater provided full catering and bar service for a recent wedding I attended at Union Depot in St. Paul. Everything was fantastic! Food was hot and full of flavor. And the bartenders were very funny and friendly. Over all great experience!

BRIE was awesome!!! Our wedding food was cooked to perfection with their staff finishing on-site. The service was very professional and friendly, they looked like they loved their job. Brian is the owner and responsible for sales and he responded immediately up to our wedding day and was there to make sure things went as planned. I would recommend BRIE to any one looking for a great caterer for their wedding!!
